Elbek Anvarovich: Crafting Success at ELBE
Elbek Anvarovich Aliyev, a tailor with a discerning eye for detail and prior management experience in the field, is the founder of ELBE. Located in Sunbury-on-Thames, ELBE is a testament to modern tailoring built on a traditional foundation.
Elbek's path to tailoring was unconventional. He initially pursued a career in pharmacy, earning a degree in Tashkent before moving to the UK to enhance his English for opportunities in international pharmaceutical companies. While later studying for a business degree in London, a part-time job in an Addlestone tailoring business proved to be a life-changing experience.
This blend of business knowledge and practical tailoring skills made him an ideal manager for Dappers in Sunbury-on-Thames. When the chain closed its Sunbury location in October 2015, Elbek acquired the business, rebranding and revitalizing it as ELBE. Under his leadership,
ELBE now excels in bespoke tailoring, comprehensive dry cleaning services, footwear, and menswear rental. His expertise has also attracted prestigious clients, including Lodge Brothers, local celebrities, and has extended to crafting wedding attire for grooms in overseas ceremonies.
The service at ELBE stands shoulder-to-shoulder with London's West End tailoring elite. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Elbek Anvarovich is now focused on expanding ELBE, driven by the same commitment to quality that has seen it flourish from its beginnings into the respected business it is today.
