We offer a comprehensive range of Delivery and Collect in Store options to suit your needs. Choose the service that works best for you.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day via Royal Mail or other delivery companies
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day
- Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday)
- Free standard delivery automatically applied on orders over £185 within the UK mainland
- All packages are sent via Royal Mail with appropriate insurance and tracking
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third party delivery companies, customs, or extreme weather conditions
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse
- If nobody is available to receive a signed delivery, a collection card will be left by Royal Mail
- Contact our customer service team within 72 hours if your order has not arrived as expected
- Proof of posting is retained for all orders for insurance and tracking purposes
- Remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or extended delivery times

All orders are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Clothing Care & Packaging
Garment Protection: All clothing items are individually wrapped in protective tissue paper
Delicate Items: Formal wear and designer pieces receive extra padding and rigid packaging
Eco-Friendly: Recyclable packaging materials used throughout
Special care is taken with delicate fabrics like silk, cashmere, and embellished items. Shoes are boxed separately to prevent damage to clothing.
