Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day via Royal Mail or other delivery companies
  • Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday)
  • Free standard delivery automatically applied on orders over £185 within the UK mainland
  • All packages are sent via Royal Mail with appropriate insurance and tracking
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third party delivery companies, customs, or extreme weather conditions
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse
  • If nobody is available to receive a signed delivery, a collection card will be left by Royal Mail
  • Contact our customer service team within 72 hours if your order has not arrived as expected
  • Proof of posting is retained for all orders for insurance and tracking purposes
  • Remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or extended delivery times
