Turnaround Time

• Standard alterations: 5-7 working days
• Complex alterations may require additional time
• Rush service available for an additional fee (subject to availability)
• Need it fast? We provide express tailoring with same-day and next-day options.

Before Service

• All garments must be clean before alterations
• Please try on garments with appropriate undergarments and shoes
• Bring reference photos for complex alterations
• Fittings are recommended for major alterations

Quality & Workmanship

• All alterations are performed by experienced tailors
• We use high-quality threads and materials
• Alterations are permanent and cannot be reversed
• Original garment construction may limit alteration possibilities

Payment & Refunds

• Payment required in full at time of service
• All sales are final once payment is made and items are collected
• Absolutely no refunds after collection, regardless of reason
• We have experienced cases where customers wore items to events and then requested refunds - this is not permitted
• Please inspect all work carefully before leaving our premises

Collection

• Items must be collected within 30 days of completion
• Uncollected items after 60 days will be donated to charity
• We are not responsible for items left beyond 60 days

Turnaround Time

• Standard service: 3-4 business days for basic garments
• Delicate items may require additional processing time
• Same-day and next-day express service available for additional charge
• Wedding dresses and formal wear: 7-10 business days
• We offer same-day and next-day service for both tailoring and dry cleaning.

• Dresses and skirts
• Coats and outerwear
• Delicate fabrics and special occasion wear
• Household items (curtains, bedding) upon request

Limitations & Liability

• We are not responsible for damage to delicate fabrics, sequins, beads, or embellishments
• Colour bleeding or fading on poor-quality dyes cannot be guaranteed
• Pre-existing damage will be noted before cleaning
• Garments with care labels marked 'do not dry clean' are processed at owner's risk
• Maximum liability is 10 times the cleaning charge

Payment & Refunds

• Payment required at time of drop-off or collection
• All sales are final once payment is made and items are collected
• No refunds will be issued after collection under any circumstances
• This includes items worn to events - we maintain a strict no-refund policy once garments leave our shop
• Please inspect items thoroughly before leaving

Collection & Storage

• Items ready for collection will be held for 30 days
• After 30 days, storage fees may apply
• Uncollected items after 90 days will be donated or disposed of
• We are not liable for items left beyond 90 days

Customer Responsibilities

• Check all pockets before dropping off garments
• Inform us of any stains or damage
• Provide care instructions for special items
• Collect items promptly to avoid storage fees
