Suit Hire Terms and Conditions

Standard rental period is 3 days including the event day. Extended rentals available upon request with additional charges.

To ensure absolute precision, please take a moment to review your enclosed order summary. Pay close attention to dates, names, and all suit details, including styles and colours. Should you spot any discrepancies, contact us immediately to all our local stores so we can make it right.

Fittings are recommended and can be scheduled during business hours.
All fittings are conducted by private appointment to provide you with our team's undivided attention. To ensure a focused and efficient experience for everyone, we recommend a maximum of three members of your party trying on suits during a single appointment. We encourage you to book your fittings well in advance to secure your preferred times.
Suits must be collected 1-2 days before your event.

You are responsible for the care and condition of the hired suit during the rental period:

We understand that logistics can be challenging near your event date. We offer flexible and convenient collection and return options from our boutique. Full details regarding your specific collection and return schedule will be communicated to you closer to the time.

For complete peace of mind, we offer an optional Damage Waiver. For a single fee of £10.99 per person, each outfit is covered for up to £600 worth of accidental damage. Accidents happen, and this protects you from potentially costly replacement fees (for context, a single suit jacket can cost over £350 to replace). Please call us if you wish to add this to your order or confirm if it is already included.

Cancellations more than 7 days before event: full refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. Store credit may be offered at discretion.

Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses arising from the hire of our garments.
